Visiting Hours and Policies
Visiting Hours & Policies
At First Class Hospital, we understand the importance of family and loved ones in the healing process. Our visiting policies are designed to balance patient rest and safety with the benefits of social support. We kindly ask all visitors to respect the guidelines below to ensure a calm and secure environment for everyone.
General Visiting Hours
Daily:
🕒 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
We recommend visiting between 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM for medical and surgical inpatients, as most rounds and procedures are completed by then.
Visits outside of standard hours may be granted in special cases (ICU, emergencies, or critical care) with prior doctor or nurse approval.
Visitor Guidelines
To protect all patients and ensure a peaceful hospital environment:
Limit of 2 visitors per patient at a time in general care rooms
Visits should not exceed 30 minutes, unless agreed upon with hospital staff
Children under 12 are not allowed in patient rooms unless approved by a doctor
No visiting during medical procedures or when doctors are on rounds
Respect quiet hours and avoid loud talking, phone use, or bringing food with strong odors
Visitors are asked to sanitize hands before and after entering patient rooms
Face masks may be required in certain departments (especially oncology or respiratory units)
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Visits
Due to the sensitive and sterile nature of ICUs, visits are more restricted:
ICU Visiting Hours:

Visit duration is strictly limited to 10–15 minutes
Protective clothing and shoe covers must be worn before entering
