Post-ZTreament Support

Post-Treatment Support

At First Class Hospital, our commitment to your health extends far beyond your hospital stay. Recovery doesn’t end at discharge — and we’re here to ensure you receive the necessary medical, emotional, and logistical support during your healing journey.

Whether you are a local or international patient, our Post-Treatment Support Services are designed to make your recovery safer, smoother, and more informed.

1. Follow-Up Appointments

Your recovery is closely monitored through scheduled follow-up consultations. These can be in-person or, in some cases, done online via telemedicine.

  • Routine follow-ups (e.g., 1 week, 1 month, 3 months post-treatment)

  • Lab test reviews, scan evaluations, or physical rehabilitation progress

  • Appointment reminders sent via SMS or email

  • Easily rebook online through our Booking Page

For surgical and complex cases, we strongly advise patients not to skip follow-up appointments, as they are vital for detecting complications or adjusting medications.

2. Home Care Services (upon request)

We can arrange home visits by qualified nurses or physiotherapists in partnership with trusted local providers for patients who need:

  • Wound care or dressing changes

  • Injections or IV therapy

  • Medication management

  • Physical therapy at home (especially after orthopedic surgery or stroke)

To check eligibility, call our post-discharge support team at:

3. Medication & Prescription Refills

If you run out of prescribed medication after discharge:

  • You can request a repeat prescription by contacting your physician’s office or the hospital pharmacy

  • If you are abroad, we may offer an emailed prescription (PDF) accepted by many international pharmacies

  • Clear dosage and interaction guidance is provided with each renewal

4. Rehabilitation & Recovery Programs

Certain procedures, such as heart surgery, joint replacement, or neurological treatment, require structured rehab. We offer:

  • Physical therapy and occupational therapy in our specialized units

  • Personalized exercise plans

  • Emotional and psychological support (where needed)

  • Patient progress monitoring tools and consultations with physiatrists

These can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your condition.

5. Remote Support & Telehealth

Patients who have returned home — especially international guests — can stay in touch with their doctors through:

  • Telehealth video consultations

  • Secure sharing of lab reports or imaging results via email

  • Online chat support for general concerns

We recommend using this for:

  • Reviewing recovery progress

  • Asking questions about symptoms or healing

  • Clarifying medication instructions

  • Avoiding unnecessary travel or ER visits

Languages supported: Turkish, English, Arabic, and Kurdish

6. Complication Hotline

If you experience any concerning symptoms post-treatment, such as high fever, infection, abnormal pain, or difficulty breathing, call our 24/7 support line immediately.🚨 For life-threatening emergencies, visit the nearest emergency center or dial 112.

7. Access to Medical Reports

You can access your medical records securely after discharge:

  • Request a digital copy (PDF format) of your full medical report

  • Request an English-translated summary for foreign use

  • Use our secure patient portal or email the medical records department:

8. Patient Feedback & Satisfaction

Your feedback helps us improve. After your treatment, you will receive a short feedback form via email or SMS.

We appreciate honest comments about:

  • Your care experience

  • Doctor/nursing communication

  • Facility cleanliness and comfort

  • Suggestions for improvement

Patients with concerns or unresolved issues can also contact our Patient Rights Office.
