Check-in Procedures
Check-In Procedure
Checking in at First Class Hospital is designed to be smooth, respectful, and efficient. Whether you are visiting for a same-day consultation or a scheduled surgical procedure, we recommend reviewing the steps below to ensure a timely and organized experience.
1. Arrival Time
Please arrive at the hospital 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time to complete:
Registration
Insurance verification (if applicable)
Any last-minute paperwork or vital checks
For surgical or inpatient admissions, the hospital may ask you to arrive 1–2 hours in advance, depending on your procedure.
2. Where to Go
Enter through the main reception area located on the ground floor.
Upon arrival, check in at the Reception or Patient Registration Desk.
If you’re not sure where to go, our patient guides or security staff will be happy to assist you.
Patients with mobility issues may request wheelchair or staff support at the entrance.
3. Documents to Present
At the registration desk, please have the following ready:
Valid ID card or passport
Appointment confirmation (email printout or QR code, if applicable)
Health insurance card or pre-approval letter (if insured)
Any referral letters, previous test results, or medical reports
Your emergency contact information
4. Registration Process
The front desk team will:
Confirm your identity and appointment details
Ask you to complete a consent form (digital or paper, depending on your visit type)
Collect any additional medical records, if provided
Provide your patient wristband (for imaging, surgical, or inpatient cases)
Guide you to the correct department, room, or waiting area
If you’re visiting for a diagnostic test (e.g., MRI, CT, blood work), you may be directed to special check-in counters near the relevant unit.

5. Language Support
If you are not fluent in Turkish, ask for a translator or request assistance in English, Arabic, or Kurdish. We aim to make the check-in process clear and stress-free for all patients.
6. Financial and Payment Info
If payment is required during check-in:
You’ll be informed of the total cost or prepayment
Payment options include cash, credit card, or transfer
You will receive a printed receipt and be guided on how to access further invoices or insurance forms, if needed
For fully covered insurance cases, our staff will confirm coverage with your provider.
7. COVID-19 & Safety Measures
Your temperature may be checked at the entrance.
You may be asked a few screening questions regarding recent symptoms or travel.
Hand sanitizers are available at all counters, and masks may be required in specific departments.
Special Notes
Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled or delayed based on doctor availability.
For group check-ins or multiple bookings, please notify our front desk in advance.
