Yes, we proudly welcome patients from across the globe. Our International Patient Services team assists with:

  • Medical travel arrangements (visa letters, airport pickup)

  • Language translation (English, Arabic, Kurdish)

  • Treatment planning and cost estimates before arrival

  • Hotel and accommodation coordination

  • Ongoing communication with doctors post-treatment

We aim to provide a multilingual healthcare experience. Currently, we offer services in:

  • Turkish (primary hospital language)

  • English (widely spoken by doctors and nurses)

  • Arabic & Kurdish (interpreters available on-site)
    If you need another language, we can arrange a professional interpreter with advance notice, especially for surgical procedures and critical care.

General inpatient visiting hours are:
🕒 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, daily.

For special units:

  • ICU: 12:00–1:00 PM & 6:00–7:00 PM (only first-degree relatives, limited to 15 minutes)

  • Maternity & Pediatrics: One parent or guardian may stay overnight if needed

Note:

  • Visits outside these hours require medical approval

  • Children under 12 may be restricted depending on the department

  • Masks and sanitization are encouraged to protect vulnerable patients

Yes. Our Emergency Department is open 24/7, equipped with advanced life-saving technology and on-call specialists in:

    We accept walk-ins, ambulances, and referrals from other hospitals.
    In emergencies, dial 112 or come directly to our Emergency Entrance, where triage staff are ready.

  • Track your upcoming appointments

  • Communicate with your doctor

Access is given at your first visit or via email after discharge.
