Do you accept international patients?

Yes, we proudly welcome patients from across the globe. Our International Patient Services team assists with:

  • Hotel and accommodation coordination

What languages are spoken at the hospital?

Can I get a second opinion on my diagnosis?

Absolutely. Our specialists are available for both in-person and online second opinion consultations. To request one:

  • Submit your existing test results, reports, and a short medical history via our Second Opinion Form
  • Our team will review and assign the most suitable specialist
  • You’ll receive a detailed medical recommendation within 48 hours

What should I bring for my first visit?

For a smooth registration process, please bring:

What are the hospital visiting hours?

General inpatient visiting hours are:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, daily.

For special units:

  • ICU: 12:00–1:00 PM & 6:00–7:00 PM (only first-degree relatives, limited to 15 minutes)
  • Maternity & Pediatrics: One parent or guardian may stay overnight if needed

Note:

  • Visits outside these hours require medical approval
  • Children under 12 may be restricted depending on the department
  • Masks and sanitization are encouraged to protect vulnerable patients
Do you provide emergency care?

Yes. Our Emergency Department is open 24/7, equipped with advanced life-saving technology and on-call specialists in:

  • Stroke & Neurology

We accept walk-ins, ambulances, and referrals from other hospitals. In emergencies, dial 112 or come directly to our Emergency Entrance, where triage staff are ready.

Can I get my test results online?

Yes, we provide a secure Patient Portal where you can:

  • Download reports in PDF format
  • Track your upcoming appointments
  • Communicate with your doctor

Access is given at your first visit or via email after discharge.
