After you book your appointment through our Online Booking you will receive an instant email confirmation with the following:
Your appointment date and time
The name of your doctor or specialist
The department/location of your visit
A unique appointment ID or QR code (if applicable)

If you do not receive a confirmation within 10 minutes, contact our front desk.
Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time to complete registration without delay.
Certain procedures require an empty stomach for safety or accuracy, especially:
Blood tests (glucose, cholesterol, fasting panel)
Ultrasound of the abdomen or gallbladder
Anesthesia-related treatments or surgery
Endoscopy or colonoscopy
General fasting guidelines:
No food or drink for 8 hours before your test/procedure
You may sip a small amount of water for essential medications (as advised)
Avoid smoking or chewing gum, as these may stimulate digestion
If you’re diabetic or have special medical conditions, consult your doctor about fasting adjustments
To ensure your safety and avoid complications:
